1. Why don't the mop and trigger work？
Check if the connection of the tube is incorrect and reinstall it in place. If it
happens, rotate the tube until the circular holes are aligned and the button
pops out.

2.Why the trigger does not work smoothly?
Press the trigger to check whether it can be pressed in place when operation
and whether it can rebound and reset when standby. If not, contact supplier
for replacing the parts.

3.Why does the mop spray, but only a small amount?
a.Check if the water in the bottle is not clean, or there are too many impurities
that cause the nozzle to clog. If it happens, replace clean water and clean the
dirt around the nozzle.
b.The O -ring on the bottle cap comes off. If it happens, reinstall the O -ring . lf
there is no O-ring, contact the supplier for replacement parts.

4.Why doesn't the mop spray water at all?
a.Check if there isn't water in the bottle. If it happens, fill the bottle with clean water.
b.Check if the botte is not installed properly. If it happens, reassemble the bottle in place.

5. Why does the mop leak?
a.Check if the botte lid is not installed properly. If it happens, reas semble in
place.
b.Check if the air change valve or sealing ring on the water bottle cover falls
off If it happens, install the air change valve or sealing ring. If there is no air change valve or sealing ring, contact supplier for resending the parts.
